CNY At Sibu & Trip Back to Kuching

Yes I am at Sibu for the 3rd and 4th day of the CNY. I'll be going back to Kuching tomorrow which is the 5th day of CNY. Some shots from Sibu for those whom have never been to Sibu before.

This is a shot I managed to get when the bus I was travelling in went for a fill up. Guys I know its a blurry image but the figures are RM350.00 for 250 litres wow I mean I don't know busses have such big tanks.

Upon reaching Sibu, I was greeted by this sign. "Bas Berhenti - henti" or "STAGE BUS" errr don't you mean bus platform?

Going back from Sibu to Kuching....

I had to get up early at around 5:15am. The cold rainy morning made it even worse trying to get up.
Reached the bus station and boarded the bus. It was a new Biaramas bus.

I slept throughout about 80% of the journey and when I woke up, what I saw shocked me.

Then when the bus reached Serian town, it stopped in someplace err sort of like a mini stoping point. The driver shouted out 5 minutes break anyone wanna "kencing", go ahead.

At around noon on the first day of CNY, there were 2 special visitors. We welcomed them of course.

They made really nice ornaments out of the mandarin oranges and cabbages that we offered them.

When they were done with the dancing,

my mum handed some oranges to them and some ang pow. Haha even lions also get ang pows.

Trip to Muara Tebas

Today, I went on a trip to Muara Tebas to go over and get certain job done.

First stop, refueling that empty tank. No not that tank.
Without much more jibberish talk here are some shots i managed to get along the way.

I learnt that you don't really need much to start a blog.

Just some cheap camera phone will do fine.

Anyway here are shots along the way to Muara Tebas. Yes those are raindrops on the windshield. Darn raining again.

Got back to office and then by around 5pm, got ready for badminton.

Couldn't help but notice the sun as i was just sitting and waiting for my buddies. If you are a Kuchingnite, you would understand what i mean.

A Typical Work Day

Not much to say today but just a couple of shots which i wanna put up onto the blog to share with you guys.

Raining Cats and Dogs

FLOOD...this is whats on your mind if you are a Sarawakian. Its been raining non stop for days now. I lost count of the number of days actually. My main concern is that my clothes are running out and just can't seem to dry them the conventional way.

Its raining again outside. Hmm .... i start work at 8.30am hmmm oh @%$#% i am late hahaha.

I better get out of bed and get going hahah.
